Standard UK Second Class postage and packaging is £3.50.
Dispatch time is 1-2 business days and UK standard delivery time is usually 2-4 business days following dispatch. Please allow for unexpected delays.

We use compostable and recyclable packaging. Our Infinity Band boxes should fit through a letterbox and usually do not require parcel post. This results in a lower carbon footprint.

We are happy to send your order directly to your family or friends, just let us know in the checkout notes along with a gift card message and we'll gladly get it wrapped and send a note within the package, leaving out any awkward receipts too, of course.
e-Gift Cards are available to purchase and will be sent electronically to the purchaser with a unique voucher code which can be either printed or forwarded on. Our e-Gift Cards cover the value of bands selected including UK postage and packaging.

We can provide a refund or exchange for our products provided they are returned in their original packaging and in mint, unworn condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and if requested, the cost of new exchange product postage. Please contact us should you wish to arrange a return or exchange for this collection.
As our Infinity Bands are a personal product we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds for sanitary reasons.
However, if your item is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know of the fault and we will work with you to make it right with either a replacement product or a refund.
