We can provide a refund or exchange for most products provided they are returned in their original packaging and in mint, unworn condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and if requested, the cost of new exchange product postage. Please contact us should you wish to arrange a return or exchange.

As our Infinity Bands are a personal product we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds for sanitary reasons.

However, if your item is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know of the fault and we will work with you to make it right with either a replacement product or a refund.
